We’re here to help.
F2F is a field-work tool for face-to-face fundraising and sales teams.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get started?
Create an account for your organisation, verify your email, then set up your first campaign and invite your team. If you are joining an existing team, use your invitation instead of creating a new organisation.
I am joining a team. Do I need to create an account?
Field team members join by invitation. Ask your administrator to invite the email address you will use to sign in. If you already have access, choose Sign in.
What is included in the free tier?
Up to 3 active users in one commercial account, with the launch features included. If your team needs more users, contact us to discuss the next step.
Can we work when the connection is unreliable?
Responses can be queued on the device and synced when the connection returns. Check pending changes before signing out, clearing browser data or changing devices. Maps, sign-in and other online features still need a connection.
Do assigned areas restrict where people can work?
Areas help the team plan and coordinate. They do not prevent someone from recording a visit outside their assigned area. Visibility of other team members’ areas depends on your organisation’s settings.
Does F2F record everyone’s route all day?
No continuous route history or route playback is provided. Where location sharing is enabled, F2F uses current or last-known field locations. The route lines on this website are illustrations connecting selected example visits.
Can I use my phone or tablet?
The web app adapts to desktop, tablet and phone screens. Native Android and iOS availability depends on the current release and tester access; contact us if you want to try a native build.
Can one team manage several organisations?
Yes. The operator account option is intended for teams managing work for several organisations. Access and reporting remain separated by account and organisation.
I cannot sign in. What should I check?
Use the email address from your invitation and check your inbox and spam folder for setup messages. Your administrator can confirm that your access is active. The sign-in page also offers setup and recovery help.
How do I report a problem?
Email us with your organisation, the page or action involved, your device and browser, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps, but remove donor details and never send passwords or verification codes.
